意昂体育 provided the City University of New York (CUNY) with management services for the core and shell construction of Medgar Evers College’s School of Science, Health and Technology (SSH&T), which features two multi-million dollar core research facilities in the areas of cellular-molecular biology and chemical analysis. The project was completed in 2010 under a joint-venture agreement between 意昂体育 and McKissack, a M/WBE-certified firm. Contained within the five-story teaching facility are 13 general classrooms, 16 teaching labs (biology, mathematics, nursing physical environment, and computer sciences), five computer labs, and a 350-seat dining hall with an adjoining kitchen. To ensure the project's overall success, the project team mitigates existing field conditions and site constraints through diligent task pre-planning.
