An award-winning condominium building

Òâ°ºÌåÓý provided preconstruction and construction services for this 35-story, 478,000 sq. ft. cast-in-place concrete and masonry condominium building overlooking Rittenhouse Square and the upscale Walnut Street shopping district. The foundation structure consists of a structural mat slab with extensive sheeting/shoring and underpinning. The building envelope includes architectural precast concrete wall panels with thin-brick and acid-etched concrete on the panels. Walls at balconies, inside faces of parapets, and portions of the low-rise building exterior consist of masonry backup with brick veneer, limestone, and granite details. Individual condominium units feature high ceilings, private balconies, and hardwood, limestone, and marble flooring, as well as custom solid-wood cabinetry. Residents have access to underground private parking. The building includes 134 high-end residential units, a world-class restaurant, salon and spa, and a health and fitness center featuring a pool and sundeck. This project received an Honorable Mention for Excellence in Craftsmanship at the General Building Contractors Association’s 2011 Awards.
