This Royal Caribbean Office project located at One Biscayne Tower consists of a 50,000 sq. ft. interior renovation on two floors for office space, conference rooms, open and private meeting rooms, lounge and game room, and kitchen. The scope of work includes upgrades to the HVAC system, plumbing, fire alarm and fire protection systems, flooring and millwork.
The interior design incorporates multiple feature walls of their ships to create a visually appealing environment.
