Located on a 60-acre greenfield site, 意昂体育 is managing the construction of a new 266,000 sq. ft. pharmaceutical packaging facility. Designed and master-planned to allow for phased expansion, the two-story building will occupy a high bay warehouse and mezzanine space for mechanical equipment, a packaging manufacturing area, labs, fitness center, cafeteria, office and support space, and an administrative wing. This project also involves the coordination of data center module integration into the facility and installation oversight of the information system infrastructure. The project is designed to achieve USGBC LEED Gold Certification.
