意昂体育 provided construction management at risk services for the 360,000 sq. ft. interior build-out at the Lincoln Center in Foster City. The life sciences tenant improvement project consisted of two four-story laboratory and office facilities and a two-story amenities building with a gym and recreational area. The tenant improvement was constructed with ultra cold shell contract and included new installations of elevators, rest room cores and the central utility plant plus all MEP equipment. LEED Gold certified.
