This project, also known as 3050 Aventura, consists of a new 12-story, 113,650 SF office building with 386 below-grade parking spaces. The building features a grand entrance hall over 37 feet high, landscaped plaza with informal seating areas, office floors with 11’ floor to ceiling heights, and a roof terrace with a water feature, seating and dining areas and extensive landscaping.
