Òâ°ºÌåÓý successfully executed phase two of the three-stage Holt Renfrew project, encompassing extensive dual-floor renovations featuring level five finishes. The endeavor spanned 26,844 sq. ft., situated within the vibrant downtown Vancouver store, spanning both floors. The fourth floor showcased "The Apartment," a 4,234 sq. ft. area highlighting five distinct personal shopping suites of varying dimensions. Each suite boasted independent mood lighting, audio-visual capabilities, custom recessed closet millwork, and illuminated mirrors. Complementary spaces included storage rooms, a cash/wrap area, and lavatories adorned with bespoke Italian floor-to-ceiling tiles, lavish finishes, mood-enhancing lighting, and in-floor radiant heat. Notable features of The Apartment encompassed natural Italian stone, oil-finished pressure-treated wood, a marble slab fireplace enclosure housing an inset TV, personalized wallpaper, and accentuating fixtures. Meanwhile, the 22,610 sq. ft. first floor accommodated approximately 30 distinct vendors.
