The Cleveland Clinic Egil and Pauline Braathen Facility project consisted of a Neurology and Cancer Institute that is the first building component in the overall Phase 1 Master Plan. The new 155,879 sq. ft., five (5) story Outpatient Clinic Building includes a cancer center and radiation oncology suite with linear accelerators, a neurology center, clinics, and conference areas. The scope of work also includes sitework that consists of removing an existing parking lot where the new building is located and renovating 2 existing empty lots for new parking lots.
