Òâ°ºÌåÓý Construction Company and the Òâ°ºÌåÓý Foundation today announced a five-year, $5 million investment to advance mental health and well-being across the company and on its more than 1,000 projects.  

Òâ°ºÌåÓý is committed to providing resources that support the well-being of people in the construction industry. Mental health is just as essential as physical safety—and this investment underscores the company’s dedication to fostering a culture where everyone can thrive. 

This investment comes at a critical time for the construction industry, as more workers are needed to meet market demands and leading companies seek to sustain welcoming and caring environments for the more than eight million people who work in the construction industry in the United States. Òâ°ºÌåÓý is stepping forward with compassion, urgency, and leadership to address this pressing issue.  

Today, on every Òâ°ºÌåÓý project site across the company, teams are engaging in open, honest conversations about emotional well-being as part of the largest Safety Week in the company’s history. These conversations are reinforcing a culture where people are encouraged to speak up, support one another, and recognize that emotional wellness is vital to staying safe, strong, and connected.

Òâ°ºÌåÓý is expanding its mental health awareness program with a focus on: 

Increasing awareness and visibility of mental health resources 
Reducing the stigma surrounding mental health challenges and seeking help 
Ensuring that everyone—whether part of Òâ°ºÌåÓý’s 13,000-strong workforce or among the 110,000 people the company welcomes onto its jobsites each day—knows where to turn for support 

This program is about reshaping industry culture. For too long, construction workers have felt that they should "tough it out" and "keep their head down." Òâ°ºÌåÓý is challenging that mindset with a message of active caring: we check in, we reach out, and we care out loud. 

Òâ°ºÌåÓý will spotlight mental health and wellness during Safety Week in May, delivering this critical message on its more than 1,000 active projects. This weeklong focus will empower teams to talk openly, support one another, and take meaningful steps toward well-being—physically, emotionally, and mentally. 

Òâ°ºÌåÓý’s mental health leadership has earned recognition as the company was recently named one of by Newsweek, based on a study that included over 403,000 employee interviews and 4.9 million company reviews across the United States. 

Mental health is not just a private issue—it’s a construction industry issue. It affects how people think, how they speak up, and how they look out for one another. Òâ°ºÌåÓý is focused on:
