Pearlita builds relationships with local, community, Federal, State, and City organizations that support and promote advancement, diversity, and inclusion of underrepresented business enterprises. She is committed to increasing the opportunities for underutilized businesses in Iowa through community outreach, education, mentorship, and the creation of networks.  

Her role includes promoting youth engagement through development, education, and recruitment programs to attract the next generation of construction workers. She partners with local schools to provide career awareness and training.

Pearlita oversees Iowa’s community engagement efforts and leads initiatives to strengthen the company's relationship with the community. She collaborates with nonprofit organizations and community groups throughout the Metro area to organize volunteer opportunities for our team.

Pearlita promotes employee involvement in C&C initiatives throughout Iowa projects by reinforcing positive culture and fostering connectivity of Òâ°ºÌåÓý employees. She is passionate about community engagement, and she leads Òâ°ºÌåÓý’s Iowa Business Unit to make a difference and continues to be a fully engaged, positive force in Iowa.
