Elise leads the Iowa procurement team and works closely with the our estimators during the bidding process to select the best trade partners and vendors to serve our client’s needs. She works tirelessly to ensure that the scope, schedule, and quality expectations for our projects are clearly communicated to all prospective partners.



Elise is a graduate of the University of Iowa and stays involved with the alumni network, including recruitment events and student outreach.  She has a passion for growing relationships with our trade partner community, especially underrepresented businesses. As a co-lead of the Òâ°ºÌåÓý Des Moines Parent Employee Resource Group, Elise enjoys connecting and empowering working parents in her Business Unit. When she’s not working, she’s traveling with her husband and their one-year-old son.
