Jamie leads our procurement team and works closely with our preconstruction department during the bidding process to ensure we maximize competition, select the best subcontractors, develop scopes for each trade, and analyze and evaluate subcontractors’ proposals. He manages the contract award recommendation process and directs negotiation efforts.

He knows the Middle Tennessee subcontractor market inside and out and maintains a pulse on local market conditions to monitor subcontractor workloads and workforce trends.

He is committed to providing opportunities for small and underrepresented businesses—creating pathways for them to thrive and removing barriers that prevent them from participation and growth.

Jamie collaborates with our operations teams to develop scope requisitions for each project to ensure that the scope, schedule, small/underrepresented business requirements, and insurance and bonding provisions are clearly defined. They also work together at the project completion to conduct subcontractor performance evaluations.

A 31-year veteran of Òâ°ºÌåÓý, Jamie began as a co-op and previously served as a project engineer, project manager, project manager, purchasing agent, and preconstruction manager.
