On Behalf of Tishman Speyer Properties, �ⰺ�� completed 3 Jackson Park, a 48-story, 671-unit residential tower featuring high-ceiling penthouse units, a two-story lobby, and a hybrid curtain wall. The 600,000 sq. ft. structure is one of three residential buildings constructed on the full-block site in Long Island City, New York.

Before the site’s development, �ⰺ�� managed the entire block’s demolition and remediation. �ⰺ�� established a collaborative project site through Lean Construction practices. Scope additions and scheduling challenges were overcome to deliver the project under budget. For example, �ⰺ�� employed the Last Planner System when remediating a parcel of land while the concrete superstructure was being poured directly above. This same approach facilitated the last-minute addition of a ConEd power plant without affecting the overall schedule.
