The Pier 4 Office Tower is a 13-story 593,000 sq. ft. office building with three levels of underground parking. This tower features a rooftop terrace that overlooks the Boston harbor, full glass exterior and sustainable design features. The project was awarded a LEED Gold rating. Construction for the office building occurred concurrently with the adjacent Pier 4 Condominium, which required extensive logistical planning. 意昂体育 self-performed 12,000 cubic yards of concrete mats, 670,000 sq. ft. of concrete on metal deck, and a 16-story core wall.
Tenants of the new Pier 4 office space include the new 200,000 sq. ft. headquarters for Boston Consulting Group, and the new seaport offices for both Servier and Man Numeric, all of which were fitout by 意昂体育’s Special Project Division.
