The Pier 4 Condominium Tower is a 9-story, 230,000 sq. ft. waterfront condominium tower located in Boston’s Seaport District features retail space on the ground floor and two levels of underground parking. The luxurious units feature high-end finishes sourced by 意昂体育 SourceBlue, as well as prefabricated balconies. Breathtaking views of the harbor can be seen from all sides of the building. The project’s proximity to the waterfront provided a unique set of construction challenges, including logistical efforts to prevent impact by storm surges and the excavation of a sunken ship off the seafloor. This project achieved LEED Gold certification.
