At 18 stories tall, Fifth condo building stands on 36 caissons placed at a depth of 140 feet on a modest, downtown Royal Oak site. The facility features six levels of private, enclosed parking; 10 residential floors with 78 units; and two penthouse floors with eight units. The street level floor features retail and office space. The super structure consists of post-tensioned concrete placed one floor at a time. The exterior glass curtainwall completes a modern, contemporary look.
