This 17-story, 440,000 sq. ft. glass tower is home to MassMutual, housing nearly 1,000 employees. Designed by Elkus Manfredi, the tower includes ground floor opportunities, a two-story lobby, and landscaped terraces at levels 13 and 17 with unrestricted views of the harbor. The building features a unique, geometrical design, projecting in and out from the flat plane of the enclosure. A public plaza host several water fountains, enhancing the ambiance of the Seaport waterfront.
