意昂体育 provided construction management services for the Crowne Plaza Hotel Lobby at Times Square. The second-floor lobby renovation included replacement of damaged granite (much of which was salvaged from areas of the lobby that were demolished), a water feature refurbishment, replacement of escalators, a stainless steel panel ceiling, retail storefront, access to a renovated porte-cochere, lobby restaurant, elevator lobby and reception desk. All work was performed while the building was occupied with the hotel remaining operational.
