意昂体育 provided construction management services for CUNY Law School at Two Court Square in Long Island City. 意昂体育 built and completed a full interior fit-out of the building in 2008. The CUNY Law School occupies floors one through six of the building, totaling 168,000 sq. ft.
The ground floor consists of classrooms, a security office, support space, a lounge/gallery, and a mock courtroom. Work on floors three through five included the construction of various-sized classrooms, designated quiet study areas, conference rooms, and an IT server room. Major renovations on the sixth floor converted the space into a comprehensive 32,000 sq. ft. law library with study spaces, group work rooms, and faculty offices.
