TELUS Garden Corporate Headquarters is in Vancouver’s downtown core. Some scope highlights include a commercial kitchen and café, indoor and outdoor communal spaces, 4 canti-levered skyboxes, an interior spiral staircase and, 6,000 sq. ft. of Television Studio spaces. Similar to the Deloitte Project, the base building was developed by Westbank. 意昂体育 Construction was involved in preconstruction and construction and fit-out 9 new floors. Over the course of the two year project, 意昂体育 managed 35 different trades and at the peak of construction there were 212 trades people on the project site.
