Located in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District, in the TD CP Tower, this Project was the first Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) contract executed in Canada. The IPD contract utilizes a three-pronged approach integrating the Owner, Designer and General Contractor. 意昂体育, as part of the integrated project team, successfully completed this 102,000 sq. ft. tenant fit-out project in two phases. The scope of work included six (6) floors, three (3) floors per phase, with open-concept offices, touch-down work areas, private offices, executive offices, interactive conferencing boardrooms and meetings rooms and elevator bays for each floor completed. Phase 2 of the project was completed under budget due to the lean integrated approach which took lessons learned from the first phase. The Globe and Mail, Report on Business announced in October 2013 that this Project was awarded the REmmy Awards’ 2013 “CRE Leadership Excellence Award”.
