It provides flexible space for large-scale college events such as conferences, kitchen and dining facilities, college retail stores, exhibits, admissions, outreach, and admission offices. Among its features are a two-story atrium, shell space, and structural timber. Additional work included MEP and fire protection systems, related site work, innovative stormwater treatment, management and reuse techniques, and parking and landscape improvements.
