Project entailed construction management services for renovations to the high school, middle school and elementary school. Renovations to the high school included locker replacement, electrical panel replacement and gymnasium replacement. The middle school scope included renovations to the tennis court and parking lot pavement replacement. Interior renovations included lighting replacements, classroom asbestos vinyl tile replacement, locker room renovations and power distribution upgrades. Renovations to the elementary school included replacement of existing boilers, bathroom renovations, library area renovations and construction of the new hot water line to the middle school HVAC system.
