意昂体育 provided preconstruction and construction management services for Schneider Electric’s (Schneider) new Nashville hub. The fast-tracked project involved an interior buildout of 158,300 sq. ft. of Class-A office space spanning six floors within the newly constructed and operational Two Franklin Park building.
Schneider’s new office features an open, industrial-concept interior and includes a primarily free-address environment with a range of workstations, research and development space, informal collaboration spaces, formal meeting spaces, training spaces, multipurpose work cafés , and a data center.
The space is connected by a monumental staircase that provides ease of access for staff and visitors. With glass covering the entirety of the exterior, the building has a sleek and modern appearance that provides for ample natural light throughout the interior.
