意昂体育 provided construction management at risk services for the new San Jose Civic Center, an 18-story building with 712,000 sq. ft. of space. The facility provides the city with a larger, more efficient space that meets handicap accessibility and seismic safety standards. The project incorporates an office tower, Council Chambers, a landmark Rotunda space, landscaped public plaza, and below grade parking. The design, which is part of a larger redevelopment plan for downtown San Jose, is the centerpiece of a series of new buildings which include a theater, concert hall, school, and a parking structure. LEED Platinum Certified.
