Òâ°ºÌåÓý provided construction services for the Men's Store at Saks Fifth Avenue, located inside Brookfield Place at 250 Vesey Street. The project contained several specialized areas such as a men's salon, café, general office space, and a private entrance for Saks employees. Prior to the fit-out, the project team raised the white-box's slab to be level with the mall's floor. After removing two curtain wall panels, the concrete was poured in from the street level to minimize impact to tenants. Adding to the project's aggressive schedule, the design required a Herringbone patterned tile floor that normally takes 30-days to install. The team negotiated this challenge with the owner and installer to expedite the work in less than 20 days. Finished on time, Saks' Store is one of the many projects Òâ°ºÌåÓý has successfully completed at Brookfield Place.
