The Rocket Mortgage Technology Center is a state-of-the-art, 66,000 sq. ft. data center facility that houses two 10,000-square-foot server rooms in addition to training, office and support space. Half of the data center is occupied by Rocket Mortgage’s Information Technology team. An equal-sized 33,000 sq. ft. portion of the building, including the second 10,000 square-foot server room, is available for lease. The scope of work included the demolition of an older warehouse and construction of a new building featuring a glass atrium. The Rocket Mortgage server area also features colored LED lighting to illustrate hot and cold data aisles.
