意昂体育 provided construction management services for the refresh of PricewaterhouseCooper's (PwC) headquarters, located at 300 Madison Avenue, where 意昂体育 fit out the original space in 2005. Designed by Vocon, the 25-floors are being renovated to accommodate PwC's growing workforce. The scope of work features upgrades to numerous executive offices, employee work stations, enhanced amenities areas and MEP systems. While the renovated floors remained unoccupied, the floors above and below were fully functional. To ensure minimum disruption, the project team communicated and coordinated all construction activities with PwC. Additionally, the project team completed the refresh in five phases, five floors per phase thereby turning over floors as soon as they are completed. The scope of work also included upgrades to the elevator lobbies, as well as core upgrades such as new bathrooms.
