This project consisted of a 12,000 sq. ft. tenant 铿乼 out for Perkins Eastman architecture firm at 525 William Penn Place. Some unique aspects of the space include high end 铿乶ishes, a 50 foot sound rated glass folding wall for a conference room, polished concrete, and custom millwork finishes for a micro-kitchen and Maker Box. This project was completed on the 25th floor of a high-rise building, which made material logistics and delivery timing a unique challenge. Since this project is being completed for a design firm, this required a high level of quality control and execution to deliver on the design intent.
