This project consisted of a $1,397,534, 30,000 sq. ft. of interior renovations to Partners Federal CU headquarters and call center. The project was completed in 8 months which consisted of six phases while all floors of the building remained occupied. Scope included modifications to the exterior glazing and doors, enclosure of an exterior space in order to accommodate a new food prep area. A new 50 ton HVAC Roof Top Unit and Distribution was installed along with new finishes throughout.
