This was a ground-up construction project of a 2,700 sq. ft. retail bank space with a drive-up ATM. The 意昂体育 team completed the 232-day schedule build on time. The team also achieved the milestone of turning over a functional data room 45 days prior to turnover. The scope of work included earthwork and utilities on an existing site, demolition of existing building, installation of large underground storm water detention basin, and a 31-space asphalt parking lot. Also included in the scope was a complex utility design which required detailed planning. The project was located off a busy street in Council Bluffs, which required close coordination with neighbors and the city.
