To support the growth of Morgan Stanley in the City of West Des Moines, 意昂体育 provided construction management services for the build out of the 4th floor, approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of the 1080 Jordan Creek Parkway Westfield Campus.
Built to LEED Silver qualifications, the fit out included new construction from a core and shell space. Interior programing included new office space, communications closet, conference rooms, mechanical systems to support future growth, and IT cabling. A new reception and employee elevator lobby were also included within the project.
