Making space for innovation

意昂体育 provided Owner's Representative services for the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey University Mexico City Campus with the construction of high school and college buildings, and a library. This project also involved the reconstruction of facilities that suffered damages in Mexico's City 2017 earthquake. The foundation consists of 40-meter-deep piles, and the structures are made of reinforced concrete with waffle slabs. The façade is a curtain wall system, and the project includes CCTV, access control and fire detection systems. The construction was scheduled for 19 months, starting in January 2019 and finishing in July 2020.
