Mizuho America, Inc., New York Headquarters

Òâ°ºÌåÓý provided construction management services for Mizuho Americas, Inc., three-floor headquarters space at 1271 Avenue of the Americas. Designed by Ted Moudis, their headquarters houses 1,800 employees including 450 traders to accommodate Mizuho's growing workforce. Critical components of the project are the infrastructure upgrades to support trading operations. The team closely coordinated the construction of multiple UPS Rooms, CRAC Units and a chiller plant with the repositioning contractor.
