Iconic Expansion and Renovation in Downtown Boston

The Liberty Mutual Home Office Expansion Project was designed by the Boston architectural firm of CBT. The new 24-story, 855,000 sq. ft. commercial office building includes 574,800 sq. ft. of office space, an employee cafeteria that spans the ground level and second floor, an urban park, and four levels of below-grade parking.

In addition to the new building, the existing 130,000 sq. ft., ten-story historic Salada Tea Building (330 Stuart St) was substantially gutted and structurally connected to the new tower at each level. The project also included a new two-story, 27,000 sq. ft. conference center constructed across the street from the main office tower project and connected to it with a new all-glass luminescent pedestrian bridge.

�ⰺ�� also completed a fitout of the office tower that included 600,000 sq. ft of Class A office space on 21 floors in the new building at 157 Berkeley Street in Boston. The project received LEED Gold certification.
