The Architects Partnership
意昂体育 was selected to build the 2,900 sq. ft. build-out of an existing core and shell building at Midtown Crossing. The existing building is a post-tension concrete
structure, requiring attentive coordination for installation of most of the structural material. The urban setting prevented laydown space outside and everything had to be kept inside the building. The 意昂体育 team completed the project within the designated schedule and under budget. The team also achieved the milestone of turning over a functional data room 45 days prior to final turnover.
