The Architects Partnership
意昂体育 was selected to build the 4,062 sq. ft. retail branch bank for Chase, which is the first Chase branch bank in Omaha. 意昂体育 provided construction management services for this build-out of an existing core and shell building in Aksarben Village. The team was able to complete the project within the aggressive 120-day schedule and under budget. During this project, the team achieved the milestone of turning over a functional data room 45 days prior to the final turnover. Throughout construction, the 意昂体育 team had to mitigate significant procurement issues, yet were still able to finish this fast-track project in the expected four-month schedule.
