Located at 600 Travis within the JPMorgan Chase Tower, the tallest building in Texas and the most iconic skyscraper in Downtown Houston, our JPMorgan Chase project was one of many major Tower renovations aimed to define the future of the workplace, ensuring it will remain a best-in-class hub for peak performance for decades to come. The 12-floor – 240,000 sq. ft. interior renovation was the largest commercial office tenant improvement project underway in the Houston market. The new office is home to 1,600 JPMorgan Chase employees, with over half affiliated with JPMC’s Houston Technology Center. The space includes open office areas, five interconnecting staircases, a technology bar, a mission critical center, and multiple cafes.
