意昂体育 provided construction management at risk services for a 36,000 sq. ft. Johnson & Johnson building. The project encompassed a 9,000 sq. ft. clean room facility manufacturing medical devices centered around conference rooms, collaborative work spaces, café, lobby and fitness center. The commissioning standards and MEP integration are amongst the most stringent in the country and we provided a completely new MEP system and seismic retrofit to meet their standards. LEED Silver certified.
