For over five years, 意昂体育's Dallas office has been steadfastly delivering construction management services for the Frito-Lay / PepsiCo Headquarters campus. Their initial project within this partnership involved the revitalization of the Headquarters / Research buildings situated in Plano. This particular project encompasses a comprehensive redesign, breathing new life into their sprawling 532,000 sq. ft. facility.
Notably, Frito-Lay / PepsiCo stands as the world's largest globally distributed snack food company, with its products accounting for a significant 40% of all "savory snacks" sales in the United States.
Our scope also includes a research/prototype manufacturing wing, offices, conference center, training rooms, reception areas, cafe, server, and processor rooms, new MEP and fire suppression systems, chiller, and pump upgrades to the central utility plant as well as complete migration of the entire building to a new automation system. Other projects include Pomodoro sculpture relocation, site parking lot addition, car charging station, fitness center refresh, and R&D 2T lab renovations.
