Houston’s hospitality and entertainment community braced for a large influx of sports fans as the Houston-hosted Superbowl LI approached. The city’s most prominent hotels underwent transformations to accommodate traveling visitors and impress the national media. The Four Seasons Houston turned to 意昂体育 for the multi-million-dollar renovation of their hotel. The 23,000 sq. ft. – multi-phased renovation of the hotel included demolition and structural build-back of the grand staircase, hotel entry, lobby, bar, public spaces, and exterior hardscape elements.
The project was delivered on a fast-track schedule in order to be complete and fully operational in time for the big game. 意昂体育 worked diligently to develop detailed phasing and logistics plans that were continually communicated to hotel operations staff to ensure that construction activities did not impact day to day hotel activities.
