This project was comprised of the interior fit-out of Exelon Headquarters, one of the most recognizable towers in Baltimore’s Harbor Point neighborhood. Spanning 15 floors, the new space incorporates trading floor operations, executive offices, conference room and boardroom areas, general office space, IT rooms, and infrastructure inclusive of 18 miles of dedicated cabling to all equipment on the floor, pantries, and copier print rooms.
Through coordination with the base building contractor, the team was able to turn over the project in just over eight months.
Reclaimed wood from demolished Baltimore row homes reflects adaptive reuse as a design element. With many other green features, this project is certified LEED Platinum.
