11W is a 500,000 sq. ft., 24-story mixed-use high-rise development in downtown Portland with 4.5 levels of below-grade parking. Located in the heart of the West End, this LEED (Homes) Platinum building includes two lobbies separating office from residential tenants, retail space, six-floors of office space and 17-floors of residential apartments totaling 214 units with junior and mega penthouse suites. 11W was designed as a place to live as much as a place to collaborate, innovate and retreat.
