On the heels of their Standly Cup victory, the Colorado Avalanche received a new locker room and sports medicine space. The full demolition and interior fit-out of 15,000 sq. ft. at Ball Arena in downtown Denver included coaches’ offices, team meeting rooms, sauna, steam room, sports medicine rooms, hydrotherapy, and the visiting NHL locker room. Construction was phased to accommodate ongoing building operations during the project.
