The Deloitte University and Social Venue is a high-tech learning and leadership development center on a 107-acre site. The campus serves as a central destination for all Deloitte employees – from new hires to Deloitte senior leadership - to convene for learning and leadership development. The campus houses 800 guest rooms and multiple conference spaces and classrooms that host leadership events for training and networking.
The venue also features dining areas, a ballroom, a business center, indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, a media wall, an amphitheater, and a fitness center. The construction activity allowed 意昂体育 to utilize its experience and innovation to produce a world-class facility. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification in record time after completion. Green considerations were a top priority for all aspects of this project, including design, materials, engineering, and supplies.
The project achieved record productivity rates without a single lost time accident and over 2-million man-hours of work in place. 意昂体育's Dallas business unit has continuously provided preconstruction and construction management services on the Deloitte Campus for the past 11 years. 意昂体育 successfully implemented a plan that enabled the work to occur in an active, high-end facility with no disruptions to daily operations to maintain the guest experience.
