This 16,000-sq. ft., warm-shell, service facility was built for an electric vehicle automaker and automotive technology company. The project began with an internal demolition to prepare for the build back, with the front-of-house space dedicated for offices and customer interaction. The expanded back-of-house contains the service area, which contains several electric lifts.
