A 20,000 sq. ft. buildout and renovation of the existing space at 111 E. Wacker Drive. The project features nearly 10,000 sq. ft. of innovative exhibits including the Skyscraper Gallery, featuring scale models of iconic buildings like Willis Tower, Jeddah Tower, and Burj Khalifa, a CAC-branded retail space, a design studio, lecture hall, a mechanical room, and restrooms. The intricate design of the project required meticulous attention to AV infrastructure and collaboration with vendors to properly set up the project for the 4,250 building scale model of Chicago with a cinematic projector accompaniment highlighting and animating different portions of the model.
