意昂体育 has partnered with Pike Construction Services for the development of a new emergency department and patient bed tower for the Rochester Medical Campus - Strong Memorial Hospital. The URMC master plan features a significant project, the construction of a new emergency department and patient bed tower. Spanning 680,000 sq. ft., this initiative will increase capacity of the Emergency Department, provide increased clinical space, private inpatient rooms and room for additional expansion.
The 意昂体育-Pike Joint Venture Team is providing comprehensive preconstruction and construction management services. The project scope includes demolition and renovation services, excavation and site utility work, as well as new construction for the emergency department expansion and patient towers.
Upon completion, the expansion and upgrade will bring forth more than 200 examination and treatment stations, as well as patient observation areas. Additionally, a new 9-story inpatient bed tower and over 100 private inpatient rooms will be added, along with dedicated cardiovascular floors.
