Project entailed the conversion of Bishop Hall from an office building back to a residence hall, with LEED Silver certification. Bishop Hall has added 204 extra beds to the campus, utilizing a traditional double-loaded corridor layout. The building offers amenity spaces distributed throughout, ensuring convenience for its occupants. A contemporary addition has been made to the hall, giving it a new identity and improving the connection between Bishop Hall and the Porter Quad. The renovation includes the installation of all new MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems, as well as architectural improvements and safety-related enhancements. Additionally, the building has received brand-new finishes and furnishings, and the bathrooms have been reconfigured to accommodate individualized bathroom configurations.
