The Bell Atlantic Tower (now known as Three Logal Square) is a 53-story, 1,300,000 sq. ft. office building located in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. The project consisted of the base building structure, including an adjacent 25,000 sq. ft. exterior plaza and fountain, and a subterranean parking facility for 300 cars. Tenant fit-out for the Bell of Pennsylvania Corporate Headquarters, the original anchor tenant, included 500,000 sq. ft. of corporate office facilities across a total of 24 floors.
